The information you share on this platform is treated in the strictest confidence by the reporting officers listed on page 1. This data is used solely to manage reports relating to sexist and sexual violence, discrimination, and harassment.

The data you provide will be protected and kept only until the end of the procedure:
- It will be deleted two months after the closure of the report or the end of the procedure and expiry of the appeal procedures;
- Data relating to an internal investigation or disciplinary procedure will be archived in accordance with our legal obligations.
